Working hard in Paradise feb 17 - Summerland Key , 2011
First of all Happy Birthdya to my sister Michelle.
And happy belated 21st to my sister Ashley !
I hope all is well with everyone freezing their asses off up north.
I have been working hard on booking up the spring/summer in New England.
Indian Ranch, Charlestown Seafood Festival, Windjammer, JRs....
Down here in sexy ole Key West I am jammin
Performing at all the BEST places : Hogs Breath, COWBOY BILLS, Rum Barrel, SLOPPY JOES , Margaritaville, Island Dogs ...
my new music / island homes for the season.
Thank you for everyone for coming out.
My days have been going like this:
Wake up to the birds singing outside the canal front cottage I am staying in:)
Cuban coffee on the stove,
set up my laptop in my out-door tiki bar/office in front of the canal,
feed the fish in the canal
make calls, emails... to bookers anround the world
work on songs with my trusty Breedlove guitar at the outside tiki bar/office
Hit the gym HARD or basketball/beach volleyball
Play a gig at one of the many great Island venues that are son cool , laid back , great people, good vibes
Grill out by the canal at some point during the day/night
shake and repeat
